Effective Exercises on Universal Sport Bench

Incline Bench Body Lifts
Body lifts on incline bench are universal exercises for all abdominal muscles.
- Lie on a bench;
- Smoothly lift the body (shoulders-back-lower back), it should form 90 degrees with the legs;
- Hold for a few seconds;
- As you exhale, return to the starting position.
Oblique Crunches on a Bench
Oblique crunches are suitable for training oblique muscles – lateral press.
- Lie on a bench;
- Lift and pull the body to your feet;
- Point the right elbow towards the left knee, and vice versa.
- You can do it alternately 40 times or 20 in one direction, then 20 in the other.
Workout Bench Leg Raises
Leg Raises are very effective exercise for moody lower abdominal muscles.
- Lie on a bench (lower back tightly pressed, hands behind your head);
- Slowly raise and lower your legs so that the pelvis is slightly off the surface.
The Main Bench Exercises Mistakes
- The effectiveness is reduced if you do jerking exercises or lift your pelvis off the bench surface.
- The straight back during flexion transfers the load to the back and legs.
